At last we are happy that we're making the best flour we can, and the first few customers are impressed. Flour is now available and we'll be working on a spread of stockists.

What has taken so long?

Since winning the Soil Association's Dragon's Den competition last September we have dismantled the sifters in the mill and installed an extra separator to allow us to produce finer flour giving more rise to our baking.

Since New Year we're up and running and the results are impressive.

Look out for articles in the press about the only local flour mill using exclusively local wheat to make flour for Scotland.
