All our flours are made using grain that’s grown, harvested, milled, and packaged right here at Mungoswells Farm in Scotland’s 'Breadbasket County'.

From Strong Bread flours to Wholemeal, Rye, and Spelt, we offer both Organic and conventional options to suit your baking needs.

For wholesale customers, our flours are available in either 16kg bags or in cases of six 1.5kg bags, making it easy to order exactly what you need.
