This flour is currently milled from the variety Barrel (2025), a Group 3 British winter wheat known for producing high-quality flour. From 2026, we’ll move to Bamford, a new variety recognised for its exceptional yield and quality, ensuring continued consistency and performance.
With a fine texture and neutral flavour, this flour is a dependable all-rounder. Soft and smooth, it’s perfect for light, fluffy bakes, including cakes, pastries, scones, biscuits, and more. With
a 72% extraction rate, it balances performance with versatility. Each 100g contains 4.6g of fibre and 9.6g of protein.
Best before: 6 months from milling.
