By using Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour you can produce a wholemeal loaf which is healthier for you than white bread, as in white bread the germ and most of the bran has been removed, these contain much of the nutritional value. In our wholemeal flour there is nothing taken out or put, so the wholemeal flour still contains the nutritional value of the germ and bran.
