Grown, milled, and packaged on our farm. Made from 100% wheat grain, our flour is pure, natural, and completely additive-free. This flour is made from the variety Mulika, a British Class 1 bread milling wheat. Known for its excellent protein content, Mulika consistently meets the magic 13% protein level required for high-quality bread flour.
With an 85% extraction rate, this flour retains more of the wheat’s natural bran than white flour, offering a deeper flavour and a more substantial texture. It strikes the perfect balance between wholemeal and white flour, delivering a hearty taste with great elasticity for excellent baking results. Ideal for bread baking, this flour works beautifully on its own or blended with other flours. It’s made by removing only the roughest bran from wholemeal flour, preserving its nourishing character while achieving a lighter texture. With 7.6g of fibre and 12.9g of protein per 100g, this flour provides both nutrition and strength.
Best used within 6 months of milling. Store in a cool, dry place.
