With a light, airy texture, this flour ensures consistent, well-risen bakes every time. Whether you're making cakes, pastry, scones, biscuits, or other delicate bakes, it provides reliable lift and a soft, tender crumb. This flour has a 72% extraction, offering a fine yet nutritious blend, with 3.8g of fibre and 9.8g of protein per 100g.
