Grown, milled, and packaged on our farm. 100% wheat grain, no additives. This flour is made from the variety Mulika, a British Class 1 bread milling wheat. Recognised for its excellent protein content, Mulika consistently meets the magic 13% protein level required for high-quality bread flour.
With a full 100% extraction rate, this flour retains all the natural goodness of the wheat, including the germ and bran. It delivers a rich, hearty flavour and a robust texture, making it a perfect choice for bakers who value both taste and nutrition.
Ideal for wholemeal bread, this flour produces a substantial, full-flavoured loaf. For a softer, higher-rising bake, we recommend a 50:50 mix with our Organic Strong Bread Flour, creating a balanced brown loaf. With 8.1g of fibre and 13.2g of protein per 100g, this flour offers superior nutritional value alongside exceptional baking performance.
