We grow it, we mill it, we pack it. 100% wheat grain, nothing added. This flour is made from the variety Mulika, a British Class 1 bread milling wheat. Recognised for its excellent protein content, Mulika consistently meets the magic 13% protein level required for high-quality bread flour.
With a 70-72% extraction rate, it delivers a perfect balance of structure and texture, making it ideal for everything from classic loaves to artisan-style breads. For a richer, more nutritious bake, mix with our Organic Strong Wholemeal Flour to create a delicious brown loaf. With 6.4g of fibre and 12.3g of protein per 100g, it provides both nutrition and excellent baking performance.
Best used within 6 months of milling. Store in a cool, dry place.
