Our Strong Bread flour is milled from the variety Mulika, a British Class 1 bread milling wheat, renowned for its excellent protein content. Mulika consistently meets the magic 13% protein level required for high-quality bread flour.
With a 70-72% extraction rate, it delivers a perfect balance of structure and texture, making it ideal for everything from traditional loaves to artisan-style breads. For added depth and nutrition, try blending it with our Organic Strong Wholemeal Flour to create a rich, flavourful brown loaf. Each 100g contains 6.4g of fibre and 12.3g of protein, delivering both nourishment and excellent baking performance.
