With a 100% extraction rate, this flour retains every part of the grain (bran, germ, and endosperm) preserving the full flavour and natural goodness of the wheat.
The result is a rich, wholesome flour that produces hearty loaves with real depth and character. Perfect for wholemeal bread, it delivers a robust texture and full-bodied flavour. For a lighter, higher-rising loaf, blend 50:50 with our Organic Strong Bread Flour to create a balanced brown loaf. Each 100g contains 8.1g of fibre and 13.2g of protein, offering exceptional nutrition and reliable baking performance.
